These Terms and Conditions govern your use of pelsunisexkloset.com and purchases from Pelsunisexkloset Wholesale and Retail Shop. By placing an order or using the website, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing
Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, product availability, and descriptions as stock changes. An order is confirmed after successful payment through our payment provider.
Orders and accounts
When you checkout, we create a customer account from your details so you can track fulfilment. You are responsible for providing accurate name, email, phone, WhatsApp, and delivery or pickup information.
Payment
Online payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Payment completion is required before we prepare and release an order, unless we expressly agree another arrangement for wholesale.
Fulfilment
We prepare orders from our Tema shop. Pickup and delivery timelines on the Delivery and Shipping page are estimates. Delays outside our reasonable control, including courier delays or incorrect customer addresses, may affect when you receive your order.
Returns
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds policy at /refund_returns/.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or place fraudulent orders. We may cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Ghana law, Pelsunisexkloset is not liable for indirect losses arising from delays outside our control, courier failures after proper handover, or customer provided incorrect contact or address details.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new orders placed after the update.
