How It Works

Pelsunisexkloset is designed to feel simple whether you shop online or at the Tema shop. Here is the full journey from browsing to receiving your pieces.

1. Browse the closet

Explore women's wear, men's wear, new arrivals, and related categories. Product pages show the details you need to choose confidently. If you are unsure about size or colour, WhatsApp us before you pay.

2. Checkout with Ghana details

Add items to cart and checkout. Choose Pickup at Washington Station or Nationwide delivery. For delivery, provide area or landmark notes so riders can find you. For pickup, choose a preferred date and time within our opening hours. Enter your WhatsApp number so we can reach you quickly.

3. Pay securely

Pay with card or Mobile Money through Paystack. Your account is created automatically so you can track the order. After payment you land on your order page with a progress timeline and a Talk with us WhatsApp button.

4. We prepare at the Tema shop

Our team confirms and packs your pieces at Pelsunisexkloset Wholesale and Retail Shop. Order status updates as we move from Order received through preparation and dispatch or pickup readiness.

5. Pickup or delivery

Collect at Tema Community 22 Annex (Washington Station) with your order number, or receive delivery within Ghana according to the timeline on our Delivery and Shipping page. Keep your phone available on the WhatsApp and call numbers you provided at checkout.
