Delivery & Shipping

This page explains how Pels Unisex Kloset fulfils online orders across Ghana, including pickup at our Tema shop and delivery to your address.

Business model and stock

Orders are fulfilled from our physical wholesale and retail shop in Tema. We prepare items from available shop inventory. We do not operate as an international dropshipping website that buys only after every customer pays. If an item needs confirmation, we contact you before we complete dispatch or release for pickup.

Pickup at Washington Station

Location: Tema Community 22 Annex (Washington Station), Ghana.
Hours: Monday to Saturday 7:00am to 7:00pm. Sunday 1:00pm to 7:00pm.

At checkout, select pickup and choose a preferred date and time window. After payment, wait for status updates, then collect with your order number. Typical pickup readiness is same day to 48 hours after successful payment during shop hours.

Nationwide delivery

Select nationwide delivery at checkout and provide a clear city, area or landmark, and any location notes that help a rider find you.

How the delivery fee works. Delivery is not charged at checkout — the shipping line will show GH₵0.00. Because the cost depends on where in Ghana your order is going, we confirm the delivery fee with you on WhatsApp +233 55 957 3870 once your order comes in, and always before we dispatch. You pay the rider or settle it with us separately. Nothing is sent until you have agreed the fee.

There is no standing free shipping promotion unless we announce one.

Estimated delivery timelines

• Greater Accra and Tema: typically 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation
• Other regions in Ghana: typically 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation

Timelines are estimates. Public holidays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or customer unavailability can extend delivery. We will update your order status and may WhatsApp or call you using the numbers on your order.

Tracking

Track progress under My Account, Orders. Status steps include Order received, Sourcing, In warehouse, In transit, Out for delivery, and Delivered.

Failed delivery attempts

If a rider cannot reach you, we will try to contact you on WhatsApp or phone. Please keep your contact details accurate. Repeated failed attempts may require rebooking or pickup at the shop.
